Yesterday the Motorola Milestone XT720 was made official for a UK launch. The phone that had been known as the Motoroi doesn’t lack in the photo-imaging department, with an 8MP camera, 720p video recording, and a xenon flash, and despite its underclocked 550 Mhz ARM Cortex A8 processor, it has a feature list that could compete with most of the tent-pole handsets of the summer. The phone is now up for pre-order from Expansys, and it looks like the shipping date will be right around July 2nd. For the price of £449.99 you can get a SIM-free version of the phone to use in whatever way you see fit.
